Real Name: Keegan Powell

Background: Keegan Powell was an engineer who lost the use of his legs due to an explosion in his lab. And then he found out that his insurance refused to pay for his care, because he was found to be at fault. Angry, desperate, he build himself a powered wheelchair and adopting the identity of Warwheels, he went after the company that denied him what he thought was his due. Now he needed money but that was no problem; as Warwheels, he could rob a bank without harm, or armored trucks, or even secure vaults. Warwheels soon came into conflict with the Gauntlet, who stopped him, but Keegan rebuilt his chair and became a full time supervillain.

Skills: Warwheels is a skilled electronic and mechanical engineer.

Technology: Warwheels rides a nuclear-powered wheelchair that bristles with weapons and defensive systems. He also wears a powered exoskeleton.
