Real Name: Dr Alan Voss

Background: Once a promising biochemist, Dr. Alan Voss sought to cure human diseases by integrating insect DNA into human cells. An accident in his lab exposed him to his own unstable serum, transforming his body. Voss gained an insectile metabolism, granting inhuman speed and endurance, chitinous armor, and powerful wings. The mutation also fractured his mind, erasing his humanity and replacing it with a hive-like desire for domination. Now calling himself Hornet, he views humans as fragile, inferior creatures ripe for extinction. With his newfound abilities, he wages war against society, determined to create a world where only the strongest survive.

Powers: Hornet can fly and he can deliver a bioelectric sting that can injure or kill.

Skills: Hornet retains many of his scientific skills, including an affinity for computers.
