Real Name: Jill Thorn

Background: Jill Thorn is the daughter of the New York crimelord Petro by a former employee. She was educated in the best schools for the day when she would inherit her father's empire, with training in business, combat, athletics, and other useful skills. However, a series of troubles caused a rift between father and daughter, and she became his chief adversary in partnership with Shadow. She was later linked romantically with Gunslinger. For a time, Maverick was a member of the Strong Persuaders vigilante group. Later, she made her living as a bounty hunter and mercenary.

Currently she is retired, living quietly in an ocean-front villa in Tangiers and devoting her time buying exotic cars and driving in road rallies across Europe and Africa.

Group Affiliation: Former member of the Outsiders; former member of the Strong Persuaders.

Status: Retired

Skills: Maverick is a trained combatant with a sharp acumen for business. She is a superb combat driver and races cars professionally when she has a chance. An adrenaline addict with daddy issues. Fun!

Technology: Maverick is independently wealthy due to her judicious investements, and has access to a huge array of modern weaponry. She also collects fast cars.
