Real Name: Lizette Avalon

Background: Lizette Avalon was a Canadian engineer working for the Dominion government. The Montreal technology lab she worked in was attacked by HAVOC, who were seeking the plans for the advanced powered armor she was working on. Lizette donned the armor and used it to fight off the HAVOC terrorists. She did so well that she was appointed the armor's official pilot and took to the skies working for the government. Later, she helped found Canada's official super-team, Force Five.

She retired to raise a family with the superhero Doctor Justice. Although she is no longer an active member of Force Five, she maintains a reserve membership.
