The Watchstar support team (also called the Watchers) are civilian employees of the Andrews Trust, the organization that funds Watchstar. They aid and assist the main Watchstar team and live full time at the Watchstar mansion. The support team is composed of:
- Malcolm Cage, USN, Ret. (Estate Manager) Malcolm has the job of overseeing the support staff. He also looks after the Watchstar estate, Star Key.
- Dr. Lesley Sunday, M.D. (Team Physician) Formerly chief of emergency medicine for PHASE I HQ, Paris.
- Viktorya Burdenko (Mechanical Systems) Viktorya is an expert technician with extensive experience with Andrews aviation technology.
- Rico Salazar (Information Technology) Rico is the team's computer expert,.
- Cherokee Stone (Major Domo) Cherokee looks after domestic affairs at the estate and for the team.
- Rachel Sinclair (Attorney) Rachel is the legal administrator and chief attorney of the Andrews Trust.
