== Origin ==

Erik Storm was born into a powerful and ancient Central European family whose lineage was defined not by politics or wealth, but by a singular purpose: the destruction of occult threats. For generations, his ancestors had hunted vampires, demons, and other creatures of the night, maintaining a quiet war against forces most of the world refused to acknowledge.

Erik wanted no part of it.

Educated, skeptical, and indulgent, he rejected his family’s traditions in favor of a life of pleasure, spending his considerable inheritance on travel, luxury, and distraction. To him, the stories of monsters were relics—superstition dressed up as history.

The darkness did not agree.

== Turning Point ==
