Real Name: Julian Li
Background: Dr. Julian Li is the headmaster and proprietor of the Pacific Academy, a school for young superheroes near Seattle, Washington. His own past is mysterious and he has never discussed it. He is of Chinese ancestry and has spoken of growing up on the West Coast. Dr. Li employs an advisor and bodyguard named Singh.
He has an uncertain connection to Dr. Eric Faust
