Real Name: Lawrence Templeton
Background: The being known as Lotus was once a member of a group of godlike beings calling themselves the Lords of Order. After millenia of a hedonistic lifestyle lived at the expense of others, one turned away and fled to the mortal realm, where he stole the body of a criminal named Lawrence Templeton. His power greatly diminished, he used magic to battle the evil he had for so long committed. He has spent years atoning for his careless murder of Templeton's soul.
