Real Name: Robert Lee Jackson
Background: In search of a mysterious serum behind the Iron Curtain, American super-spy Robert Lee Jackson was caught by the Communists and injected with an overdose of the serum he stole. Then they left him for dead. The serum he was injected with increased his speed and reaction time and he gained the ability to teleport instantly to a nearby location. He used his new abilities to escape captivity. Returning to the US, he retired from spying. Calling himself Puma (his spy codename), he became a superhero, using his powers to fight crime and injustice. He was soon recruited by Mentor for the Crusaders and soon became a mainstay of the team.

Powers: Puma was superhumanly strong and agile. He could also instantly teleport to any destination within a few dozen meters, which he called "blinking".
Skills: Puma was an extremely practitioner of judo. He also was a trained spy, skilled at stealth,infiltration, and deception.
