Real Name: Cooper Swift
Background: US Air Force Major Cooper Swift was an early astronaut whose space capsule passed through the tail of a strange radiating comet, imbuing him with extraordinary abilities. Cooper discovered he had super strength and the power to fly at incredible speeds, breaking the sound barrier with ease. Inspired by the optimism of the Space Age, he donned the mantle of Captain Comet to protect humanity from threats on Earth and beyond. A symbol of hope and progress, he battles alien invaders, rogue scientists, and natural disasters, embodying the era’s belief in heroism and the limitless potential of mankind. He was later asked to join the LA superteam known as the Cavaliers.
Powers: Comet is super-strong and durable and capable of sustained supersonic flight.
Skills: Comet is a skilled pilot and electronics expert.
