Background: A New York superhero blogger, D'arcy Riggs runs an internet video channel about superhumans. She keeps a close watch on superheroes, especially those in the New York area. She eventually came to get involved with the Night Shift, as Manhunter took exception to some of her stories. She wound up becoming a close ally and informant for the team.

Skills: D'arcy has mad teh interwebz skills. She is a talented amateur singer.
