[edit]D’arcy Juliet Riggs is a New York–based internet personality and independent media commentator who operates a popular video channel devoted to superheroes, vigilantes, conspiracies, and superhuman activity throughout the world. Fast-talking, relentlessly curious, and permanently online, D’arcy built her reputation by staying ahead of mainstream media coverage and cultivating sources inside the superhero community.
Her reporting initially drew the ire of Manhunter, who took exception to several of her stories concerning the activities of Night Shift. What began as mutual irritation gradually evolved into a strange but effective working relationship, as D’arcy repeatedly proved herself useful to the team.
