Real Name: Scott Washington
Background: Scott Washington was a young boy fascinated by space travel. He stowed away on an unmanned space rocket and during the flight was exposed to a storm of cosmic rays. The resulting changes to his DNA enabled him to assume the form of a superhumanly strong adult version of himself at will. He was rescued from the doomed flight by the astronaut hero Steel Claw.
With amazing powers of strength, Scott joined the second Watchstar team using the name Star Dragon. Later, using the name Bolt, he joined the fourth Watchstar team and gave his life in their service fighting the robotic legions of Deus X2.
Group Affiliation: Former member of Watchstar, second and fourth teams
Status: Deceased
Powers: In his superhuman form, Bolt had the power of flight and superhuman strength. He was nearly impervious to physical damage.
Skills: Bolt had all the skills of a teenage boy: skateboarding, video games, and assorted nerdery.
