“I always wanted to see the stars. I just didn’t think I’d have to die for them.”
— Bolt
Bolt was the heroic identity of Scott Washington, a cosmic-powered youth whose dreams of space travel led him to both greatness—and sacrifice.
Gifted with immense strength, flight, and near invulnerability, Scott became one of the youngest members of Watchstar and ultimately gave his life in defense of Earth.

Origin
[edit]Scott Washington was a kid who loved space.
Fascinated by rockets, astronauts, and the stars beyond Earth, he dreamed of one day leaving the planet behind. That dream led him to make a reckless, life-changing decision: he stowed away aboard an unmanned experimental rocket.
The mission went catastrophically wrong.
While in flight, the craft was caught in a powerful cosmic ray storm. The radiation flooded the vessel—and Scott with it—altering his DNA in ways no one could have predicted.
Before the rocket could be lost, the astronaut hero Steel Claw intercepted the craft and rescued the boy.
Scott did not come back the same.
Star Dragon
[edit]Following his transformation, Scott discovered he could assume the form of a superhuman adult version of himself—stronger, faster, and nearly indestructible.
Taking the name Star Dragon, he joined the second incarnation of Watchstar.
Though young, Scott brought enthusiasm, courage, and raw power to the team. His presence represented something hopeful—a kid who got his wish, and chose to use it to help others.
Bolt
[edit]As Scott matured, he adopted the name Bolt and later joined the fourth Watchstar team.
In this phase of his life, he grew into a more disciplined and capable hero, balancing his youthful energy with a deeper understanding of responsibility.
He was no longer just a kid with powers.
He was a hero.
Final Battle
[edit]Bolt’s story ended in sacrifice.
During a catastrophic conflict with the robotic legions of Deus X2, Bolt fought alongside his teammates in a battle that threatened the future of humanity itself.
He did not survive.
His death marked one of the most tragic and heroic moments in Watchstar history—a young man who reached for the stars, and gave everything to protect those below them.

[edit]In his transformed state, Bolt possessed formidable abilities.
- Superhuman Strength – Among the strongest members of Watchstar

Skills
[edit]Despite his powers, Scott never lost the personality of the boy he had been.

- Natural teamwork and adaptability
Personality
[edit]Scott Washington was brave, impulsive, and full of wonder.
He approached heroism with the excitement of someone living his dream—but also the sincerity of someone who genuinely wanted to do the right thing.
Even in the face of overwhelming danger, he did not back down.
Reputation
[edit]Bolt is remembered as one of Watchstar’s youngest heroes—and one of its greatest losses.
To his teammates, he was more than a powerhouse. He was a reminder of why they fought.
To the public, he became a symbol of youthful heroism and ultimate sacrifice.
Legacy
[edit]Bolt’s story is simple—and powerful.
A boy reached for the stars.
And when the time came, he gave everything to protect the world beneath them.
