Real Name: "Blake Dixon"

Background: Plagued by corruption, the Pacific City Police Department initiated the AutoCop program with the assistance of the superhero inventor Tech. A robot police officer was thought to be supremely fair and just with an encyclopedic knowledge of law and justice, and immune to human temptations and weaknesses.

The AutoCop android could assume a completely human appearance, and incorporated highly advanced AI programming, with artificial memories and a highly adaptive personality. The program was a success in reducing crime and the android quickly became a welcome sight on the streets of Pacific City. He quickly won many supporters and allies in the department.

The Pacific Coast mob, who saw a threat to their criminal operations in the program, engaged the supervillain Matrix to sabotage the the android. Only AutoCop's dogged honesty and the efforts of his fellow officers allowed it to overcome their scheme. During the long struggle, AutoCop's chief ally and mentor on the Pacific City police force, Lieutenant George Dixon, was killed.

AutoCop has since been a valued member of the Pacific City PD for years. Taking the name Blake Dixon in honor of the late Lieutenant Dixon, he has sought to live among humans and has pursued human interests in his off-time.

Status: Active

Skills: AutoCop is a fully functioning police officer with appropriate skills. In an effort to fit in with humans, he has also programmed himself to play a variety of musical instruments and enjoys the theatre.

Technology: AutoCop is a highly advanced, armored police android, with a variety of integral non-lethal and lethal weapons. He possesses superhuman strength and endurance and is resistant to normal weapons fire. The android's sophisticated design also allows him to morph into a variety of forms, allowing it to work undercover.
