Real Name: Voryn Solas

Background: Master Voryn Solas is a revered interstellar mystic and sage from the ancient, psionically gifted race known as the Sythari, who dwell on the crystalline moon of Luminar within the Karnak Empire. The Sythari are known for their deep connection to the mental energies of the universe, which they refer to as the "Ethereal Flow." From an early age, Voryn displayed unmatched talent, not only in wielding psychic powers like telepathy, precognition, and energy manipulation but also in understanding the spiritual balance of existence.

Tragedy struck when a dark force unleashed a psionic plague on Luminar, threatening to consume his people. Voryn used his vast abilities to save the moon, though at great personal cost, merging part of his essence with the Ethereal Flow. This act heightened his powers and elevated him to a state of cosmic awareness and he was given the name Starseer.

Recognized by the Karnak Empire as a beacon of wisdom and strength, Starseer was appointed to the ranks of the elite Imperial Guard. As a mystic defender, he seeks to maintain balance across the galaxy, using his psionic powers to shield the empire from psychic invasions, mend fractures in the universal order, and guide its leaders with unparalleled insight. Voryn Solas embodies the harmony between mind, spirit, and the cosmos, defending the Karnak Empire with both intellect and power.
