Real Name: Charles Devane

Background: Charles Devane was a nuclear engineer who was horribly burned and disfigured in an accident. Because of the lethal radiation he gave off, he could no longer touch other humans without killing them, which he learned with horror after accidentally killing his entire family. Embittered and maddened, prone to rages, he was recruited by Channel for the villain group MEK, who helped him construct a powerful containment suit. And now he was able to get back at those who had ruined his life.
