Real Name: Margaret Piedmont

Background: Nightclub singer Margaret Piedmont was secretly Magpie, the famous cat-burglar, known from the casinos of Monte Carlo to the banks of New York. In her thievery career, she eventually ran afoul of The Talon. Taking refuge with the Victory Squadron, she decided to use her skills for good, eventually partnering and becoming romantically involved with the Black Eagle.

Skills: Magpie is one of the most skilled burglars in the world, a master of stealth, infiltration, and aerial acrobatics.

Technology: Magpie always carries thieves' tools, even when not working.
