Real Name: Griff Thompson

Background: The Griffin was one of the swingingest superheroes of the Silver Age, battling menaces worldwide. He was partners with the Pearl for a time. Pursuing the villain Megadeath, he vanished, and was presumed dead. In reality, both he and the villain had fallen into a cryonic freezing system and been preserved forseveral decades in cold sleep. They were later thawed by Watchstar West. The Griffin joined the team when it became Knight/Watch.

Powers: The Griffin has an energized skin and body, granting him superhuman reflexes and agility.

Skills: The Griffin is a highly capable combatant.

Technology: During the Silver Age, the Griffin used a set of vibro-gloves that could inflict massive close-combat damage to opponents.
