Real Name: Jimmy Barnes and Lyle Talbot

Background: A pair of young thieves, Barnes and Talbot broke into an Andrews International weapons factory, stealing an experimental suit of powered armor and some experimental energy weapons, and went on a city-wide crime spree. Brought to justice by the Gauntlet, the hero was impressed with the pair's intelligence and determination and offered them a second chance as legal agents of the law. They accepted his offer and by all accounts have become exemplary heroes in a small Midwestern city.

Group Affiliation: Deputized operatives of CounterForce.

Status: Active

Skills: Boomer is a skilled computer hacker, and Buster is a crack shot with a rifle.

Technology: Boomer wears a suit of powered armor keyed to his brainwaves. The suit improves the user's strength and stamina and mounts a variety of non-lethal weaponry. Buster is outfitted with several non-lethal rifles and pistols.
