Real Name: Dr Charles Dayton

Background: Charles Dayton was a Nova Prize-winning computer scientist who was recruited by a group of evil scientists known as the Cadre, who promised to use scientific techniques to improve the world. Realizing that they meant world conquest instead of world improvement, Dayton fought against them and vowed to stop a group like them from ever rising again. He joined up with Watchstar West shortly after that group's formation but made many challenges to Cobra's leadership before departing. He later became the resident engineer for the Knight/Watch team.

Group Affiliation: Former member, Watchstar West

Status: Active

Skills: Dr. Data is a genius at computer and information sciences, and force field technology.

Technology: Data's exoskeleton allows him to manipulate force fields. He formerly had an extensive base in San Francisco, but it was destroyed by the Bad News.
