Real Name: Heaven Lee Fields

Background: As a poor girl growing up in the American South, Heaven Lee Fields was plain and frumpy. One hot summer night, Heaven was attacked out of the darkness by a demonic force. She was rescued by a mysterious old woman who told her that her destiny was to become a warrior against the demons. The old woman took her to a distant monastery, where the plain Heaven Lee was transformed into a beautiful, pre-destined warrior. She took the name Manna and became a member of an all-female fighting order called the Sisterhood of the White Flame. Manna later joined Watchstar West when they battled Apocalypse, and was killed by Azrael. She was later resurrected by her order and joined Knight/Watch. She has since become an agent of celestial forces.

Powers: Manna has mystical control over her chi, or life force, and can use it to perform various feats. She also has superhuman agility.
