Real Name: Azis Arruzis

Background: The monastic known as Celestial was the greatest hero of his people, a peaceful species that lived on a remote world in a globular cluster orbiting the Milky Way. He has been a member of the Citadel for centuries and has pursued the path of honor. He is seen as a mentor by other, younger members of the team.

Not long after he left his homeworld, the planet was threatened by a nearby supernova. The Citadel evacuated his people and transplanted them to a world suitable for their way of life.

Powers: Celestial possesses mystical senses that enable him to detect and understand all forms of radiation. Compared to many other humanoids, he is exceedingly swift and agile.
