Yukon Jack is the super-powered identity of Jonathan "Jack" Morgan, a towering oil rigger turned elemental powerhouse after a mysterious encounter beneath the northern lights. A rough-edged but dependable hero, he serves as a member of Canada’s premier super team, Force Five.

Background

Jack Morgan made his living the hard way—working oil rigs in the brutal cold of the Yukon. Known for his size, toughness, and temper, he was a man who could outwork, outdrink, and outfight just about anyone.

One night, alone on the frozen tundra, everything changed.

Jack witnessed an aurora borealis unlike any other. The lights in the sky seemed alive—worse, they seemed to be fighting something. Before he could make sense of it, a massive surge of energy struck him.

He survived.

But he didn’t walk away unchanged.

Career

After the incident, Jack discovered he could channel electrical energy and possessed strength far beyond human limits. With no training and little control, he initially tried to turn his abilities into a living as a carnival attraction.

That didn’t last long.

His powers proved too dangerous without discipline, putting both himself and others at risk. His situation drew the attention of the Canadian government, which intervened and recruited him into Force Five.

Under their guidance, Jack began to learn control—and found a new purpose.
