HK Squadron serves as the primary enforcement and covert operations unit for the mercenary superscientists known as the Cadre. Engineered through advanced experimental technologies, each member of HK Squadron possesses a mutable body composed of sentient liquid metal, granting them extraordinary versatility and resilience.

The members of HK Squadron are capable of reshaping their forms, altering their appearance, generating weapons from their own bodies, and surviving injuries that would destroy ordinary beings. Their adaptive physiology makes them exceptionally effective spies, infiltrators, and assassins.

Unlike traditional robots or cyborgs, HK Squadron operatives retain human intelligence, personalities, and tactical instincts beneath their metallic forms. This combination of human cunning and near-indestructible bodies has made them among the most feared operatives employed by the Cadre.

The team has repeatedly clashed with Watchstar and other major superhero organizations during operations involving industrial espionage, targeted assassinations, and the theft of advanced technologies.

Thrash
Devlin Payne is a former soldier and the leader of HK Squadron. Highly agile and capable of moving at superhuman speeds, Thrash specializes in close-quarters combat and rapid assault tactics.

Xenon
Kylla Sharps is a former scientist whose body exists as metallic plasma loosely contained within a magnetic matrix. Xenon can phase through solid matter and alter her form with extraordinary precision.

Warblaze
Judas Fyre is a former police officer capable of generating extreme temperatures and projecting destructive energy beams. Warblaze often serves as the team’s primary offensive operative.
