Alpha is the codename of Dr. Andrea Wilson, one of the most powerful psionic individuals in the world and a founding-era member of Watchstar. A survivor of human experimentation, she turned her suffering into strength and became both a hero and a healer.

Origin
[edit]Andrea Wilson was a promising British medical student when her life was violently disrupted by agents of HAVOC. Kidnapped and subjected to a clandestine program designed to forcibly unlock psionic potential in the human brain, she endured extensive experimentation intended to create controllable psychic operatives.
The program succeeded—but not as intended.
Andrea’s powers manifested at levels far beyond what her captors could safely contain. Rather than becoming a weapon, she turned her abilities against HAVOC, dismantling the project from within and escaping their control.
In the aftermath, she allied with Protector, helping to expose and shut down the operation permanently.
Watchstar
[edit]Following her escape, Andrea adopted the codename Alpha and became a member of the original Watchstar team, serving as its primary psionic.
Within the group, Alpha provided telepathic coordination, intelligence gathering, and powerful battlefield support. Her presence allowed the team to operate with a level of awareness and precision few others could match.
Despite her importance to the team, Andrea never intended to define herself solely as a superhero.
Academic Career

Though no longer an active full-time member, Alpha remains a Watchstar reservist, available to assist the team when her unique abilities are required.
