Blizzard is the codename of Robert Rèmi, a Canadian **parahuman** (mutant) with the ability to command ice and extreme cold. A charter member of Force Five, he is one of Canada’s premier superhuman defenders.
Calm, precise, and quietly confident, Blizzard brings both discipline and overwhelming elemental force to the battlefield.
Origin
[edit]Robert Rèmi’s powers manifested during puberty, marking him as a **parahuman**—one of the rare individuals born with innate superhuman abilities.
His emergence did not go unnoticed.
Shortly after his powers appeared, he was approached by Black Sun, who sought to recruit him into a mutant terrorist organization. Rèmi refused without hesitation—and went further, informing Canadian authorities of the group’s activities.
That decision defined his path.
Recognizing both his power and his character, the Canadian government offered him training and a place in a new national super-team. Rèmi accepted, becoming a founding member of Force Five.
Force Five
[edit]As a charter member of Force Five, Blizzard serves as one of the team’s primary heavy hitters, capable of reshaping the battlefield through sheer elemental force.

The German Incident
[edit]At one point in his career, Blizzard suffered a neurological event—possibly a head injury or stroke—that caused a temporary but dramatic shift in personality.
During this period, he believed himself to be German, adopting the mannerisms and identity with complete conviction.
Fortunately, the condition proved temporary, and Rèmi made a full recovery. The incident remains an unusual footnote in an otherwise disciplined career.
