Ultra is one of the most powerful and feared psionics on Earth, a telepath and manipulator whose psychic abilities emerged catastrophically during childhood and whose complete emotional detachment from ordinary humanity made her a natural recruit for HAVOC. Over the years she became one of the organization’s most dangerous operatives, specializing in infiltration, psychological warfare, coercion, and mental domination.
Unlike many villains driven by revenge, greed, or ideology, Ultra is terrifying for a simpler reason:
she genuinely enjoys exercising power over other minds.
Lydia Loren
[edit]Lydia Loren displayed signs of psionic ability while still a child. At first the manifestations were subtle — flashes of intuition, awareness of hidden emotions, disturbing moments where she seemed to know what others were thinking before they spoke.
As she grew older, the powers intensified rapidly.
The situation became catastrophic during an uncontrolled psychic episode that erupted when Lydia was still very young. Accounts remain fragmented, but the event ended with every member of her immediate family dead, their nervous systems devastated by uncontrolled psionic assault.
The most disturbing detail was not the deaths themselves.
It was Lydia’s reaction afterward.

Recruitment By HAVOC
