Vengeance is the tortured alter ego of Garrett Logan, a former chemical engineer transformed into a superhuman predator by experimental toxins. Twisted by loss and driven by rage, he exists on the edge between hero and something far darker.
Background
[edit]Garrett Logan was once a skilled chemical engineer whose life spiraled out of control due to a crippling gambling addiction. Falling deeply into debt to organized crime, he found himself unable to escape the consequences of his choices.
The mob collected.
His family was murdered.
Logan himself was subjected to a brutal execution attempt, dumped into a pool of experimental neural toxins intended to destroy him. Instead, the chemicals altered him in ways no one anticipated.
He survived. But he was changed.
His body became stronger, faster, and more resilient—but also scarred and deformed. The toxins affected his mind as well, leaving him consumed by uncontrollable rage and a relentless need for retribution.
From that moment on, Garrett Logan ceased to exist as he once was.
He became Vengeance.
Career
[edit]Operating in the shadows, Vengeance became a violent force directed primarily against criminals, particularly those connected to organized crime. His methods are brutal and uncompromising, often blurring the line between justice and revenge.
He has been associated with the Strong Persuaders, a group whose methods and outlook align more closely with his own than those of traditional heroes.
