Background

Rachel Robin Sinclair serves as the administrator of the Andrews Trust, the vast financial foundation responsible for funding most of the activities of Watchstar. Intelligent, disciplined, and exceptionally driven, Rachel occupies one of the most politically sensitive positions within the organization.

Before assuming leadership of the Trust, Rachel built a distinguished and highly lucrative career as a corporate attorney for Andrews International. Known for her fierce courtroom presence and relentless preparation, she became one of the corporation’s most respected litigators before transitioning into financial and organizational oversight for Watchstar operations.

As administrator of the Andrews Trust, Rachel oversees the immense legal, financial, and logistical structure required to sustain a global superhero organization. Her work places her in constant conflict with governments, corporations, hostile investigators, political critics, opportunistic lawsuits, and the endless bureaucratic complications generated by superhuman activity.

Rachel is a tireless and often fearless advocate for both the Trust and Watchstar itself.

Over the years, gossip columns and media commentators have repeatedly linked Rachel romantically to both Gauntlet and Seeker, though Rachel herself has never publicly commented on such rumors.

At one point, Rachel was abducted by the rogue machine intelligence Deus X² and psychologically manipulated into assisting its operations. Although eventually rescued, the experience profoundly affected her outlook and left her far more cautious and circumspect regarding the enormous responsibilities attached to Watchstar’s resources and influence.
