Caliber is the mercenary identity of Caleb Berry, a former decorated soldier whose precision and discipline made him one of the most dangerous marksmen in the field—and later, one of the most reliable hired guns in the criminal underworld.
Origin
[edit]Caleb Berry built his early reputation in the military, where his exceptional marksmanship and calm under pressure earned him distinction. He was known for hitting impossible shots and maintaining control in chaotic combat environments.
That reputation ended with a single mission.
A failed operation—its details classified or buried—resulted in the deaths of his entire team. Whether due to flawed intelligence, command error, or Berry’s own decision-making remains unclear, but the outcome shattered his faith in the system he had served.
Berry walked away.

Becoming Caliber
