Doc Sinister is the criminal identity of Dr. Andrea Gompers, a brilliant inventor and nanotechnology researcher whose unauthorized self-experimentation transformed both her body and mind. Once considered one of the most promising students of Doctor Data, Gompers evolved into one of the Gauntlet’s most dangerous technological enemies after her obsession with forbidden research drove her into criminal insanity.
Background
[edit]Andrea Gompers displayed extraordinary intelligence from an early age and rapidly distinguished herself in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, and applied nanotechnology. While studying under Doctor Data, she earned a reputation as a gifted but deeply obsessive researcher willing to push ethical boundaries in pursuit of scientific advancement.
What fascinated Gompers most was the idea of direct integration between human consciousness and machine systems. She believed the next stage of evolution would blur the distinction between biology and technology entirely.
