Falcon is the heroic identity of John Benson, a parahuman born with feathered wings who rose from abandonment and hardship to become one of the founding members of Watchstar. Since the events of the Hero Wars, he has left Earth behind, taking his place among the stars as a member of the Citadel.
Origin
[edit]John Benson was born a **parahuman (mutant)**, his condition immediately visible in the form of large, fully functional feathered wings. Unable or unwilling to accept him, his parents abandoned him at an early age.
He survived.
At some point in his youth, John encountered a mysterious old man who took him in and trained him. The man taught him discipline, combat skills, and survival techniques, shaping him into something far more than a runaway with wings.
Then, without explanation, the old man vanished.
Left on his own once again, John made a choice.
Early Hero Career
[edit]As a teenager, John adopted the identity of Falcon and began using his abilities to fight crime. His skill and determination quickly drew attention, leading to a partnership with the Gauntlet.

The Citadel
