Ronin is the vigilante identity of Benjamin Masaki, a modern swordsman who adopted the code and symbolism of the samurai to pursue justice in a world that no longer recognizes such traditions. Initially driven by personal vengeance, he later became a key member of the Furies, where his discipline and precision found a broader purpose.
Background
[edit]Benjamin Masaki was raised in a household defined by discipline and quiet integrity. His father, a corporate security officer, believed in preparation and responsibility, and ensured that his son was trained in martial arts from an early age. That training was not intended to create a warrior, but to instill control.
It became something else when his father uncovered a large-scale money laundering operation within the corporation he served. The discovery led to his murder, silencing him before he could expose the truth.
Benjamin understood exactly what had happened.
He also understood that no one else was going to act.
The Ronin Identity
