Tronn is the former heroic identity of Ian Murray, a British inventor whose personal tragedy drove him to become a powered-armor operative for PHASE II. Though he has since retired from active fieldwork, Murray remains one of the organization’s most important scientific minds.
Background
[edit]Ian Murray was a mild-mannered inventor and engineer living in London, known for his work in advanced laser technologies. His life was irrevocably altered when the supervillain Venom detonated a mutagen bomb in the city.
The attack claimed the lives of Murray’s wife and son.
Driven by grief and a need for purpose, Murray offered his expertise to PHASE II, the global security organization tasked with confronting superhuman threats. Determined to take a more direct role, he designed and constructed a battlesuit equipped with advanced weaponry.
With it, he became Tronn.
Career
