The D'Harque

Long before the rise of humanity, before even the first mammals crawled upon the Earth, the world belonged to another race entirely. These beings, remembered in forbidden texts as the D'Harque, ruled the primordial Earth millions of years ago from vast cyclopean cities now buried beneath oceans and tectonic plates. Their civilization wielded terrible sciences and occult powers beyond human comprehension, blending psychic mastery with extradimensional energies drawn from the fabric of reality itself.

The D'Harque were eventually overthrown during a catastrophic war against mysterious celestial forces. Defeated and driven from the Earth, they were cast into a distant and hostile region of the multiverse sometimes called the Outer Dark, a realm of unstable realities and nightmare dimensions where time itself behaves unpredictably.

Exile did not destroy them.

For untold ages the D'Harque plotted their return, manipulating events on Earth through cults, possessed servants, corrupted mystics, and genetically altered agents. They possess immense telepathic abilities capable of dominating weak minds, and many humans willingly became their servants in exchange for power, immortality, or forbidden knowledge.

The Invasion of Earth

When the D'Harque invasion finally came, it arrived with apocalyptic violence. Vast tears opened in space and time above major cities across the planet, unleashing monstrous armies and psychic storms upon the Earth. Entire regions were transformed into hellish landscapes where the laws of physics bent beneath the influence of D'Harque reality.

Humanity’s greatest resistance came from the super-team Sierra Force, aided by the mystic order known as the Sisterhood of the White Flame. Warriors such as Manna, Mantra, and Fury became legendary during the conflict, battling the invaders across both Earth and the shattered dimensional frontiers beyond it.

One of the D'Harque’s most dangerous agents was the superhuman known as Avatar, who concealed his true allegiance for years while posing as a hero. His eventual betrayal nearly shattered Earth’s defenses from within and remains one of the darkest moments in modern superhero history.

Though the great invasion was ultimately repelled, the D'Harque were not completely destroyed. Fragments of their armies, hidden cults, and dormant gateways still remain scattered across the Earth and throughout the multiverse. Many fear the species is merely waiting for another opportunity to reclaim the world they still consider rightfully theirs.
