Behind every great hero—and every great threat—stands an organization. Some are noble. Some are corrupt. Some exist to protect the world, while others seek to reshape it entirely. In Crucible Comics, power is rarely held by individuals alone. It is built, sustained, and challenged by groups acting on a global, planetary, or even interdimensional scale.

These organizations define the structure of the modern age: who responds to crisis, who controls information, and who decides what the future should look like.

Global Defense and Coordination

The most visible institutions of order are the international agencies tasked with protecting Earth. Chief among these are the divisions of PHASE I, PHASE II, and PHASE III, each representing a different layer of response.
