Force Five is Canada’s premier national superhero team. Formed during the Bronze Age by the scientific adventurer Doctor Justice and his wife, the armored heroine Bluejay, the team was created to protect Canada from superhuman threats while also serving as a first line of defense against global crises.

Operating from Ottawa, Force Five has worked closely with PHASE II and various American superhero organizations, particularly the Guardians and Watchstar. Though proudly Canadian in identity and mission, the team has repeatedly participated in international operations involving extraterrestrial invasions, parahuman terrorism, and large-scale disasters.

Over the years, Force Five developed a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and tactical coordination. Unlike many superhero teams formed informally, Force Five maintains strong institutional ties and often functions in cooperation with government agencies and scientific organizations.

The team is perhaps best known for its long-running conflict with Brimstone, a devastating recurring menace that has repeatedly threatened both Canada and the wider world.

Though Doctor Justice and Bluejay eventually divorced, Doctor Justice has continued to serve as a scientific advisor and mentor to the team.

Jean-Michael Fever is a former World War II super-soldier who was revived from cryogenic suspension decades after the war. Romulus serves as one of the team’s veteran combat leaders.

Blizzard
Robert Remi is a parahuman capable of generating and controlling intense cold and ice, making him one of Canada’s most powerful elemental heroes.

Dreamweaver
Doctor Jordan Charette is a powerful mentalist specializing in telepathy, psychic projection, and dream manipulation.

Evergreen
A mysterious nature elemental and living spirit of the wilderness, Evergreen serves as both protector and embodiment of the natural world.

Jack Morgan is a former roughneck gifted with tremendous superhuman strength and durability, making him one of Force Five’s principal frontline fighters.

Force Five is widely regarded as one of the world’s most respected superhero organizations. The team’s combination of scientific expertise, military professionalism, and public visibility has made it a symbol of Canadian resilience and cooperation during the Modern Age.

Though often overshadowed internationally by larger American teams, Force Five has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to confront threats on a global scale.
